Eco Restoration
Eco Restoration is a library of plant statistics focused on restoring natural ecosystems in household gardens. They required a website to display research data while managing sensitive information.
Role
I served as lead developer and designer, using WordPress, ACF, HTML, CSS, and the Astra theme.
Objective
The project aimed to raise awareness about the impact of planting non-indigenous species and enable site owners to manually update the plant database.
Challenges
As an NGO, there was no budget, no existing brand identity, and a very large plant database to manage.
Features
The website featured an extensive, dynamic database and user-initiated forms for adding information.
Outcome
The website successfully represented the organization’s mission, and Monkey and River continue to receive ongoing work from the client.
