Monkey and River
Monkey and River, a software development company and my current employer, required a website redesign to establish brand coherence and showcase their expertise.
Role
I led the project as developer and designer, later promoted to conductor and lead developer. Tools used included WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Project Objective
The project aimed to modernize the site, improve scalability for company growth, and enhance UI/UX to better reflect their value as a software company.
Challenges
Time constraints, as it was an internal project, were managed by forming and directing a team while reviewing and testing their work.
Features
The website now offers improved scalability, analytics-driven UI/UX, and consistent alignment with the company’s brand identity.
Outcome
I oversaw three iterations of the website, each delivering measurable improvements in design, scalability, and functionality.
